JHA/JSA/Pre-Task Plan Signatures
The app now contains an integrated form signature workflow with the site check-in process where workers are prompted to review and acknowledge their unsigned forms..
User Types
User profiles can now include visitor types. The visitor types are captured as part of check-in reports, and are also used to determine where Badged user check-ins are loaded into Procore logs.

JHA/JSA/Pre-Task Plan Forms
Hazard forms can now be customized to collect data from companies that perform work on a job site. Submitted form data can be viewed in detail along with other site activity in both the check-in and admin apps.
Company/Visitor Name Search/Filter
The admin app has been improved to let you search/filter across check-in records to let you see activity for a specific visitor or company.
Broadcast Alert File Attachments
The admin app has been improved to let you attach files to Broadcast Alerts. Any attached files will appear in SMS and Email broadcast messages as clickable links.

Kiosk Visitor Photo Capture
The Kiosk page manual check-ins now can be set up to take a picture of the visitor. The photo becomes part of the check-in record data. Note, this feature requires the use of the Site Site Check In Mobile app for iOS. It can be downloaded from the Apple Store. The Android version will be available shortly.
Improved Kiosk Experience
The Kiosk page for accepting manual or badge check-ins has a fresh new look that is easier for visitors to view. The app has also been updated to provide more control check-in and check-out settings as well as capturing injury confirmations.

Badge Stickers
Support for user badges has been improved to support additional formats. A new 1.5″ format lets you print stickers that work well with hard hats, or sticking to other items such as other forms of identification.
Expanded User Profiles
More information such as a person’s title can be captured in a user’s profile.
